    Best beer selection in town! 50 Beers on tap, and they rotate frequently. New beers every time you come in. Bar Service is top notch, welcoming, and friendly. Small local atmosphere as well. Food is good, but I come here for the beer! Maharaja, Pliny the Elder, Old Ruffian, just to name a few possibilities.

    I think it was an 'off' day for a Monday lunch. I'll give my co-workers and the staff the benefit of the doubt that Parry's is usually a good place. However, today was not a great experience. I ordered an ice tea and caprese salad (tomatoes, mozzarella, balsamic, basil)... pretty simple. My co-workers were stoked about the $3 offers, but I wanted something nonalcoholic. The drinks took a long time. 45 minutes later I still hadn't gotten my food and was late for a meeting. I asked for my bill and my food to go. I found out the iced tea was almost $3 and the already-overpriced caprese salad was pitiful. Cherry tomatoes and little tiny blobs of mozzarella for $10.99. I still tipped about 20% because I've been a server before, but the money was hardly worth it. My co-workers felt bad and said I needed to redeem my experience, but I'm not sure I'll be back. I think it's probably a great place for NY pizza, a local brew, and outside patio ambiance (as long as you're okay staring at a parking lot)... just not where I'll dine for healthy or efficient lunches.

    Second visit a few weeks ago. I liked my first experience (2 years ago) a bit more but it was still a solid choice. I had a calzone and salad while sitting at the bar. Bartender made me a martini and then I had an IPA with my pizza. On my first visit I was able to order a "flight" of different beers and I was able to taste side by side. Not sure if they still do that and I should have asked last night and I didn't. Pros: huge diversity of craft beers, good vibe, pretty solid pie Cons: not many wine choices and prices for food and wine a tad high IMO. Good deal on Parry's Pints specials but they were out of the 2 I wanted and offered no substitute.

    Luckily I was with a great group of friends, otherwise, this dinner would have been pretty depressing. The night began with my wife and I sitting down to join our friends. The server came straight to the table, dropped off drinks for our friends, and then turned around and walked off without saying a word to us. The whole night was sort of like that. Nothing terrible happened, just a string of moments that put you off. We ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza, which is a $21 pizza. I don't mind spending money on pizza when you get a good pizza. This pizza tasted ok, but, there was barely any chicken on it and just a sprinkling of onions. There's a dozen other pizza places that I can think of that put Parry's to shame. Anyway, I'm not rushing back to this place.

    Pizza is so good! I love their selection. Only drawback is the prices, a little expensive for what you get...and the crust: hard and dry. You can split salads and get pizzas with half one topping half the other. Great wait staff, very friendly and I love the decor! My mom and I enjoy coming for happy hour...you guys should offer some happy hour appetizer specials! :-) and add some grapefruit to your stores! I can't get a greyhound or a grapefruit vodka soda, which makes me sad. Otherwise, thumbs up and we'll be back!

    Ordered gluten-free pizza a few times, good tasting for the most part. Now finding the high price for such a small pizza getting ridiculous. Almost $20 for an 8 to 10 inch is too much. We'll be ordering from Papa Murphys from now on

    Always a great pizza and great beer selection. Monday's are great as they offer $10 large pie and the trivia can be entertaining at times. Service can be hit or miss but has been better lately. Draft line up always changing.

    Visited here on Sunday 5/17 for the first time. I love good craft beer and was in the area, so I had to check this place out. I do like that they are connected to TapHunter with the beer list always updated to reflect their current tap list. We sat outside and the girl serving us and was very attentive, which can become difficult at times when you're the only table outside. However, she did very well. The mango IPA and blueberry wheat were delicious for the weather! We ordered 20 hot garlic wings. I understand it becomes a hassle to split sauces with small increments of wings, but it would have been nice if we had the option of getting 2 sauces for our 20 wings. The wings came out hot and juicy. I will be coming back for sure.

    Went here on a rainy Sunday evening. Was surprised there was a wait considering there were many open tables - perhaps they were short staffed? Food for the most part gets a "meh." The Pizza is OK, nothing more, nothing less. I'm from Joisey and been to Napoli and Roma, so my bar for "good" pizza is a bit high. I'm glad the meat Calzone wasn't drenched in ricotta, but otherwise it was just OK. The $3 craft beer special is a great thing. And also amazingly only 25 cents more expensive than a soda. Seriously. No problems with our server. Service was well paced and the server herself was attentive. To me this is a good place to go sit at the bar and have a micro brew and and munch on something. There are better choices for pizza in the area IMO.

    Excellent tap list this is THE place for beer. The best patio in highlands ranch and very surprising for a restaurant located in a strip mall. They know pizza and they offer a great variety of delicious pies. The calzones are good too. The wings are very good. Thanks Parrys for serving up great Colorado beer! This place is extremely busy - be prepared to wait.

Ok so huge tap list two pages long. 3 dollar select pint, pizza was bomb dot com thin sliced crispy perfection, that might not be everyone's preference I understand but it's my personal favorite. Anyways great experience will be back.

    I love that we can ride our bikes here and have a fun outdoor lunch. We've had better food, but this is a pretty fun and nice atmosphere!

    Great atmosphere! Amazing local beer list! The pizza is above average. We swing by here on our way back down the hill from snowboarding. It's a great little place with a small town feel to it. The beer list is one of the best you could ask for in a suburb without heading to a public house.

    I don't get the Four and five stars. We must suffer from lack of good stuff in the Ranch. I had wings because I'm GF. Can't understand why every where else you can get 5 wings per selection of sauce. And early on they did it here too. For some reason they now have on the menu we can't make sauce that's it. It's kind of my pet peeve being the customer and the one paying why it's so complicated to mix a few wings in a different sauce and or in a different bowl. This kind of put me off plus the lack of gluten-free beer. So three stars not four. Servers were nice. But there was a delay ordering and getting out food and then check. I'll write another review and revise it if it's better next time. Have fun nice place just not a big deal in my opinion.

    I've been here a few times and always had great service. The food is good. They have a lot of booths and durable tables, which I appreciate when I have my young children with me. (I find it easier to contain them in a booth). They have a lot of great beers and the most variety in their tap list that I've seen South of Hampden. It's always changing and I can always find something new to try. In short, I can go out to eat with my family and still feel like I'm having a grown up night out. I'll definitely be back.

    Great place to bring your kids when you need a night out. The bar area is separated from the dining area, so you aren't really taking your kids to the bar. But the beer selection is exquisite and the daily specials make it a fantastic choice.

    Remind me to never go here! The pizza is good but not that good - certainly not good enough to make up for their horrible customer service. The first time they acted like I wouldn't be able to order and then we're very anxious when I came in to pick up my order, and only when I asked about their closing time did they explain that they had decided to close an hour early on a Saturday night. No apology that they acted like chicken littles. Then the second time I ordered carry-out, I arrive to a clusterf***. I ask the hostess about go-orders and she says "At the bar." as if that's an easy thing to do. It was packed with people and there was no room at the bar at all, so I was forced to stand at the opening for staff. One bartender walked by me in this tiny space - I am not exaggerating - 8 TIMES and STILL didn't ask if I needed help. Like I'm literally standing in the worst place, can you just help me leave? So I pipe up that I just have a to-go order to pick up and she said "Oh I thought I helped you already." Really? Because you've only bumped past me 8 times, I have nothing in my hands and you haven't spoken a word to me. Not worth the pizza to be treated like an inconvenience both times (in close succession) that I've gone there.

    I love this pizza! So good! The only thing is you have to pick up your pizza at the bar and it is a small bar, and I feel I am interrupting customers at the bar to pick up my take out.

    The whole family loves this pizza!! The crust is very thin and has that brick oven quality about it. The sauce and cheese ratio are perfect and nothing is overbearing in flavor. The beer list features a lot of craft beer from IPAs to Porters. I'd recommend this place to anybody looking for a good pizza and a casual place to hang out at.

    First visit on a random Thursday night this week. I went in not expecting much because it's still Highlands Ranch. Decor is good; it's a consistent NYC theme that carries over into the menu as well. Service was friendly, prompt, and our waitress actually knew the menu inside-out. That's unheard of in this neighborhood. I'll say the staff uniform only slightly caters to men, but it's quite tasteful and not at all flashy. Pleasantly surprised with the extensive draft beer list and their apparent commitment to good, mostly local beers. Someone that *knows beer makes the beer list here. Ordered one of the NY style pizzas; it was very tasty, very much like NY with a proper fold needed to eat a slice. Prices were quite reasonable for the neighborhood and for similar nearby places. I will eat here again. Soon.

    I usually really love Parrys food, and I haven't ever had a bad experience with staff until recently when I sat in the bar high tops with my mom (which I do all the time) and I was asked to show my id even though I didn't order alcohol. I'm 20 and they told me to leave the bar because it was state policy. I worked in food for a long time and that isn't state policy. Age discrimination!

    I enjoyed a weekend visit. The calzone was good, though very slightly crusty, but the bigger miss was a lack of personal pizzas on the weekend. Therefore the two of us were not able to experience their pizzas individually. Atmosphere was great, service as expected, and the beer selection was quite good. Worth a second try.

    This place was good when it first opened but it has been going downhill fast since then. Tonight I ordered the Queen Caprese salad for $10.99. When it got here it was 8 little mozzarella balls and 5 cherry tomatoes. Are you kidding me! I had ordered the salad because I don't like their pizza. When we talked to the manager he acted like he could care less. He said they changed it so people could share it. Really? Not much there to share and it was certainly was not worth $11. I will not be eating here again. They do not care about customer satisfaction. I love the locations in Parker and Castle Rock but the HR location sucks!

    Ahhh the love affair we have with Parrys Pizza. Much like any good love story it has its ups and downs but in the end we are happy together. About 2 years ago I was in Davidsons Liquor and saw a flier on the wall for A STONE BREWERY TAP TAKEOVER. Being a huge fan of stone brewery I had to investigate what a tap takeover was. Unfortunatly I ended up missing the takeover, but I knew I wanted to try check out the restaurant as soon as I could. A few weeks passed and my fiancee suggested we go to that pizza place I had wanted to try. We drove to the area that I remember the address being in and found a pizza place as we stood in an empty restaurant waiting to be seated I knew it was not the right place. How could a "NY STYLE " pizza joint be so low key. How could it boast over 50 beers and not have a tap house feel to it. And how could it be completely dead. We stepped back outside and quickly did a search for pizza and Parrys popped up we asked a guy walking by and he directed us across the street and down a little. We drove over and quickly found Parrys. We were quickly seated by the manager. As I was looking over the monsterous beer I was so excited. They had a good selection of different beers from different breweries across the nation. I ordered a Stone brewery Arogant Bastard ale. We were suprised to see fried pickles on the menu. We hadnt had GOOD fried pickles in a while so we ordered them and wings to start out, with a meats pizza. The fried pickles were amazing, the wings were huge, covered in sauce with just the right amount of heat and a kick of pepper. The pizza was no joke either. It was huge and in true NY style the slices had to be folded in half to eat. It was by far the best restaurant we had been to since moving to the area. It quickly became a payday favorite and the kids loved it as much as us. The manager at the time was awesome, a real people person. He always spoke to us as if we were friends and remembered conversations we had. He even remembered the beers I liked and didnt like. While we were trying to decide on a place to have our wedding rehearsal dinner we had been looking for a place that would accommodate us and yet still be afordable. While out visiting possible options we decided to call it a day go get pizza and relax. The manager (Kris) seated us and as usual started chatting us up about what was new. We told him what we were doing and he jumped at the idea. Since parrys didnt take reservations we never thought about them. Before we left we had covered what we were looking for and most of the details. The day of the rehersal came and They closed off the main portion of the dinning room and gave us 4 large booths and 2 large tables. They had our first selections of pizza in the oven as soon as we walked in the door. We ordered sodas, beer and appetizers and it was there before we knew it. The pizza kept coming in waves every time we would be to the last couple pieces another pie would show up. We finally had to tell them to stop bringing pizza. When we got the bill it was about a third of what other places had quotted us and the service was more than we would have gotten anywhere else.

    I think Parry's pizzas are some of the best in town. Coming from the east coast and used to New York/ Greek style pizza, this comes pretty close! Their pesto pizza is crave worthy.

    My wife loves to visit Parry's when she works down south, and so we stopped by one day when we had some time to kill before visiting friends. I have no real gripes, but neither was I wowed. The bar food was a solid 3 star-meh for me, but what took my review to the 4th star was the bar staff. They were happy to have us there and treated us like regulars after about 20 minutes. It's people like this that draw regulars and create good bar business by being welcoming and fun to be around. I'm rarely near this part of town, but a trip to Parry's (in the bar) is worth dropping by.

    I've been going to Perry's in Parker for years and the other Perry's in Castle Rock since it opened. And if the Perry's in HR were as good as those Perry's, I'd be a happy camper. But its not. Long story short - the service is horrible. The hostess made me, my 7 year old daughter and four month old son wait several minutes before speaking to us. (Mind you, there was no wait). When she finally did seat us, she was endlessly distracted and running off into the kitchen for God-knows-what. The waitress was pleasant enough, but took forever to come back with refills and give me back the check after giving her my card. Mind you - my young son was front and center. It should be obvious that people with small children are going to be in a hurry. Everyone seems distracted here. I can't explain it. Everything takes forever. Can't explain that either. I'll be back, but only because its close to my house and I get tired of Nicolos.

    I've been to this place at least 8 times now and haven't had one bad experience. This is the closest good place to have a beer in the area and it never disappoints. For a beer focused restaurant, the food is high quality and not greasy fried food others have typically. The pizzas are their specialty and are gourmet style. Also good are the calzones and salads. This place really shines with the beers though. They have a ton on tap, usually 40-50 from all over the country (but focused on CO breweries). Every month or two they do tap takeovers where a specific brewer sends them mostly limited edition beers for a day to feature and it is always fun to go to. Only knock is that it is on the pricier side for places like this but the food is high quality. It would be worth going to try out new beers alone though. The decor is modern and the staff is friendly and attentive.

    We love parrys! It is one of our new favorite local spots. The thing they like best is the microbrew list they rotate monthly. They offer about eight selections for $3 a pint all month! The best! Good pizza, good service and great atmosphere! Lines can grow fast weekends so get there early!

    So since my last review they have undergone several management changes and things are certainly better. The bar staff is absolutely incredible. Summer, James, Dwight, etc know their stuff and work incredibly hard to make sure nobody goes thirsty! The beer selection continues to impress, and the recent decision that the bar is grown folk only has really helped out. I can't speak for the service on the restaurant side as we rarely venture outside of the bar, but I go to the bar side 2-3 times a month and am always excited to see what new stuff is on tap.

    A neighbor recommended Parry's and told about all the beers on tap. While we were excited to go check it out tonight was not the night. Tonight we needed delivery. We're new to the area so I called to find out if they delivered. Well, they don't... and the receptionist will tell you only that much. I made the mistake of asking her if she had any recommendations and she barely got a out a curt, "No." before she hung up on me. Well Parry'Management, you lost one potential customer. I'm sure it won't kill your business but if you keep up such rude customer service it may. How about a little lesson in basic courtesy? Something as simple as, "I'm sorry but I don't know of any great delivery places. We hope next time you're able to get out you try us out though." would have worked.

    So far so good. ..Wow just recieved free bites for yelping!!Love it so far!!! We loved the pizza I had wine and bill had beer. Waitress was great, friendly and fast. Both eating area and bathrooms were clean and I loved the decor. I recommend it to anyone out on the town!

    Staff was very friendly and knowledgable about their many craft beers on tap. The sundried tomato vinegarette is a must try. I appreciated that my calzone was not all pizza crust like Old C's can be. Great atmosphere at a very convenient location. Definitely will go back!

    Our experience at Parry's began with us simply stopping in to grab a menu. But when we looked around and saw the warm and interesting ambiance, we decided to stay and eat. Parry's boasts 50 beers on tap and they truly do have a great beer menu. Not only that, but if you aren't sure about one, you may just gat a sample like we did! There are some good vegetarian options on the menu as well. We ordered the Cheesy Garlic Bread & Marinara to start with and then got the large Veggie pizza. We also got the graham cracker porter - a local brew. The manager stopped over several times to see how we were doing or to get our order if our server was busy. He was very personable and we enjoyed talking with him. He told us about some upcoming beer events - their Tap Take Overs. Sounds like a ton of fun - especially in the warmer weather when the doors to the little patio will be open! Our food was delicious! The garlic cheese bread - sooooo yummy!! And the NY style veggie pizza was awesome too! Two of us finished off almost the entire large pizza. Lastly, when we got our check, the manager told us he bought us our first beer at Parry's - and sure enough, when we looked, he had. It was a nice gesture to some newbies in the area. We will definitely be back. It's a great spot to take visitors and just to come chill and eat some good pizza any old time. Best thing is, it's literally right around the corner from our house. Love it.

    On the surface it seems like a good place...until you see a note behind the bar labeled "beers to push." Or over an hour after you order a pizza the bartender says "oh you didn't tell me you are ready" when you asked him where your pizza is. Oh, and all of the reviews here on Yelp about them being stingy on the toppings are an UNDERSTATEMENT. We will never go back.

    My wife told me there was a new pizza place in Highlands Ranch that was advertising 50 draught beers, so I had to give Parry's a try. We came here on a Monday in mid-afternoon, and the place was reasonably busy. I was impressed with the depth and breadth of the beer selection - something here for every beer palate. We had some tasty fried pickles and a pretty decent pizza. Our pleasant and cute waitress was eager to share her (newfound?) knowledge of craft beer with us - she could rattle off flavor descriptors of many of the beers on the menu, with reasonable accuracy. While many customers might find this helpful, we thought it a bit funny that this 20-ish girl was describing beers to us - we've been brewing, searching for and tasting specialty and craft beers since long before she was born. I do give her an A for effort, though. I've driven by a couple of times since our visit, but passed on by as there was a line out the door. I'll have to stop in in the afternoon again, when it's a bit less crowded, and try another hard-to-find beer or two off their expansive menu of suds.

    I've had better pizza from the frozen food section in the grocery store. We had very few toppings on our pizza and only realized what was missing when we got home. NO CHEESE! I called and complained and they offered me no compensation for the pizza. Save your money and go to Papa Murphy's.

    Amazing New York pizza, love the sauce. My dad's from New York City and I've been there a few times. Parry's is the closest to NY pizza that I've tried in highlands ranch. Order the hot wings, they're huge and amazing!

    Yep. Love it. Coming back. Yessir. Lacey M and I heard about this place and decided to check it out, as it's just in our work neighborhoods and we like to eat pizza and drink beer. (I'm sure this comes as a shock to all you loyal readers.) It's in a strip mall in Highlands Ranch, which doesn't sound like the type of place you would find great food. They have a large facade out front that clearly marks them as something original to the area. It's small and dimly lit but very comfortable. We scooched up to the bar (I can't remember the last time I scooched, or even used the word. I'm glad it was possible to do both.) The tap list was very impressive. And extensive. The bartender gave us a couple of samples to help us make our decisions, We created a masterpiece (master-pizz....? I kill me.) with their own special garlic sauce. I highly recommend it, I was all set to go with a Summer of 2010 until Lacey saw that option and the bartender boasted it's wonderfulness, and I'm glad we did. Very different for a pizza, a butter and garlic sauce that went well with both the crust and the toppings. The bar is pretty tiny, on a weeknight we were both comfortable sitting there, but if it's busy I'd recommend trying for a table in the dining room. But you know what was really cool about this place? The flat screen TV mounted above the head that let me watch basketball whilst....well, it's not polite dinner conversation. Let's just say it's a nice touch. I'm definitely coming back to this place. Great food, great service, great beers. Nothing about this place sucked.

    Still great food and beer. Yum! But we really miss the manager Nick. Things seem to have run more smoothly with him there. We went to their Ugly Sweater event and it was a nightmare. People everywhere, no one seemed to have a handle on what was going on. The poor bartender was screaming while delivering Togo orders. So sad. You can do better Parry's.

    Love Parry's. Parry's has 50 beers on tap with monthly beer specials. I get a pizza on occasion, and they're good, but the real reason I go is for the great beer selection. Like a lot of bars in Colorado they focus on the microbreweries. Parry's is constantly rotating their beers and the bartenders are well versed in whatever is on tap. The bartender's and wait staff are great. My wife and I especially like to go to Parry's on Sundays after picking up froyo for our two girls. Parry's is great about letting them eat their froyo while my wife and I enjoy a good beer (or two). We always get great customer service even if we aren't dropping $50 for a meal. Ale yeah!

    We have been to parrys at least ten times in the past year. We love the food, it's close to home and the beers are great! The only thing is the service! Of the ten times we have been there probably once have we received good service. Not talking great service, just good service. For example, last night we went to have dinner. I ordered a beer off the three dollar beer menu, they were out of that beer (same as the last time I was there) and so I ordered the only other beer one three dollar menu that I liked and she told me they were out of that one as well. She suggested I order another beer from the full menu, which I did but I was a little perturbed. The whole reason I was ordering off the $3 beer menu is because it was $3. If I wanted to pay double that price for the beer I would have looked at the full menu first. It was not the end of the world but it doesn't stop there. We ordered the margarita pizza which is $21. Little pricey for a pizza but we don't mind because we know the price of mozzarella is expensive and I love a margarita pizza. When you think margarita pizza, you think big chunks of tomato, big chunks of mozzarella and fresh slices of basil. Well when our pizza came out it literally looked and tasted like a cheese pizza with some dried basil on it. We were very confused as we thought we got the wrong pizza. We expressed our concern to the waitress and then to the manager. Neither seemed to care that were not satisfied with our food and just explained to us that they make their pizza different. That's what pushes me over the edge about parrys. I worked in the industry for 8 years and would never give service to people like that. Moral of the story, go for the food but don't expect much from the service. Might be better to take out but if you do, be sure to check your food before you leave because we got sent home with the wrong pizza once.

    I love the build-your-own calzone. It is so yummy I haven't even tried anything else here. I order mine with home-made Italian sausage and artichoke hearts. They put the sauce on the side. Every once in a while I get a craving and I have never found a place to make calzones this well! Perfect balance of stuffing and crust. The atmosphere is nice too!

    Yummy, yummy pizza & beer! Jeff S and I came here on a Friday night a couple of weeks ago. He told me about this place so we decided to venture on over. Yes, it's in a strip mall, but I won't hold that against them. The place is spacious and has TVs everywhere, (even in the men's bathroom). Our waitress said she would show me if I really didn't believe her, I opted to believe her. We were told that it would be about a 15-20 minute wait (not bad considering it was a Friday night), so we ventured to the bar. The bar space it self is small but it makes up for with the awesome beer selection! I couldn't believe everything they had on tap and it wasn't just your basic domestic tap beers. Many local breweries (yay!) and some not so local, which worked out well for me since they have Boulevard on tap! We grabbed our beers and then they called our name to seat us all in about 5 minutes. We decided to go with their spicy pizza (the name escapes me at the moment) with pepperoni, bacon, jalapenos and peppercini's. It was spicy, I actually had to take some of the jalapenos off so I could eat it. I love NY style pizza mostly because of the thin crust and this one didn't disappoint. Although I am not a fan of H.R., mostly because it is far from my place, I will come back here if the opportunity presents itself.

    If you happen to find yourself in Highlands Ranch and are starving for something other than a chain, this is a great find. It's in a strip mall (go figure) but the restaurant is quite charming. Lots of open air space and a good bar. My husband and I found ourselves here (always in the mood for pizza!) last week and we were happy we checked it out. The beer list is quite extensive- lots of crafts that you don't typically see in restaurants or brew pubs- so my hubby was quite thrilled with the selection. Most beers are between $6-$8 and some are only a 10 oz. pour because of the ABV. I went with wine and the pour is TINY. Seriously. But an ok selection! Our pizza was good. We had an 18" with mushrooms and red onions. It's a nice thin crust and the sauce goes all the way up to the end of the crust. It's a bit on the greasy side for me (I like to blot!) but pretty good overall. Service can be a little scattered. They haven't seemed to quite nail down a "system" but our server was perky and did a good job. I recommend it if you're in the area!

    This place is deeeelicious! Great garlic bread, yummy eggplant parmesan, and very good pizza. I am glad to have this place nearby in Highlands Ranch! I am a huge pizza fan, and I also looove eggplant parmesan. I could not believe when I saw they had an eggplant parm pizza on the menu. My boyfriend and I tried it, and it was out of this world. It's decadent, but a wonderful treat. My only complaint is the wait (and the kind of awkward waiting area just inside the front door), but that means business is good for them.

    Finally made it into Parry's for dinner and had some of the best NY style pizza in the Denver area. Split the Five Boroughs at $19.99 and it is worth every penny! A giant 18" quality pie with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, green peppers, black olives, red onions and just the right amount of sauce. This is Parry's third installment located in Highlands Ranch and the interior & decor are well done. Not what you would expect from the nondescript strip mall location. They have folding doors that open onto a nice patio and on the evening we were there the weather was perfect for al fresco dining. We started with a couple of beers and an order of Fried Pickles that were outstanding. They boast fifty beers on tap, but at $5, $6 & even $7 dollars per pint the prices are a little steep. Other watering holes in the area are fetching between $3.50 & $5 for the same brew. Check out all the details on the Parry's website at parryspizza.com/parrysbar One final comment. The bar area is way, way too small to fulfill demand especially during busy periods. For God sakes, with 50 kegs to empty you need room for drinkin! Wish Parry would grab the vacant space next door and expand. Since our first attempt to eat here we actually tried three other times to get a table and on every occasion chose to go elsewhere because of the long wait.

    Decent food...nothing compelling, a lot of dough mostly...great beer selection and astonishing rude service. Listen if you're so busy you can't be polite...do someting different, hire more staff or if you're a staff member, get a different job. Female bartender...her attitude and demeanor were unreal...brutal....truly brutal, honestly, she was downright disrespectful... Seriously, lady? Do you really think being busy entitles you to rudeness? Host staff and restaurant side were great.

    This was my first visit to Parry's and I was quite impressed. We got an order of hot wings and a large Five Boroughs pizza, loaded with pepperoni, sausage, bacon and a bunch of veggies. The wings were good, but I've had better. The pizza was delicious, each ingredient fresh and tasty. Our waitress, Melanie, was a delight. They have an impressive selection of draft brews and a full bar, although the bar area is a bit small. Not a real big deal, but my only complaint is that it's a little loud due to room acoustics. We actually had some trouble hearing each other at our table. Overall a very enjoyable pizza outing. As Arnold would say, "I'll be back."

    Great staff, awesome beer selection, good appetizers, great happy hour and unfortunately mediocre pizza at best. They tend to specify the restaurants focus on beer rather than pizza. The sauce is bland, it's not really New York style by any means, the cheese is overpowering and the toppings always taste undercooked. If you want a unique delicious beer and some appetizers with friends, great place. If you're looking for some delicious greasy NY pie and garlic knots, fuggedaboutit.

    Parry's has quickly become my fav lunch spot...and where I like to go for some pints after work. My only complaint is that it's way too far from my hood. Thus, I've only been once after work, with Jeff S., but I do keep going back for lunch. The $9.99 lunch special has me hooked: personal pizza, small salad, and a soda (pay extra for toppings)! The main attraction, that got my ass in the door, is the beer selection. There are about 50 beers on tap, including plenty of local breweries, along with my KC fav: Boulevard. They usually have a couple of rare beers, that you can't even get at the breweries (I had an Avery one that was outstanding...but can't remember the name of it), as well as some very good collaborations. The bartenders are super nice, as I've only sat at the bar every time I've gone, which I highly recommend. Not only is the service great, but you get to view the long line of taps in all its gloriousness. Now on to the food...slam dunk. They make a mean Caesar salad, that has been perfectly dressed every time. I tried to the Garlic Bread w/ cheese today, that comes with their homemade marinara...perfect little garlicky-cheesy morsels. The pizza is NY style, and boy is it good. I do like the crust a bit better on the regular size pizzas, compared to the personal lunch ones (bigger pies have a bit thinner crust), but it's so good either way. They have numerous toppings to choose from like homemade Italian sausage (a fav of mine) meatballs, breaded chicken, and even breaded eggplant! Their red sauce (homemade of course) is really good, smooth and slightly sweet with a hint of garlic. I also really like their garlic sauce....especially topped with some Ricotta....heaven! Don't be fooled by this little unassuming place, in a Highlands Ranch strip mall. If you like good beer, and/or delicious pizza, give 'em a try. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

    While a staff aptitude test may be necessary, the new Parry's Pizza in Highlands Ranch has its thing together. First and foremost, the 50 tap selection of craft crews has the ability to designate Parry's Pizza as THE local beer pub; but the New York style pizza is good enough to designate it as the local gastropub. The pies are stoutly New York style, but clean and surprisingly devoid of grease at the same time. The pizza is very thin, and slightly crunchy but has the perfect amount of cheese. The sauce is ever-so-slightly sweet and perfectly rounds out the cheese and crust. The bar area felt a bit congested but the dedicated server to the bar area was dedicated to making the experience enjoyable. The one complaint I have is that the guy behind the bar seemed to have no sense of priority. I handed him my credit card to close out and he took it, put it down, and went off to pour several beers while my buddies and I stood around awkwardly near the bar. Several minutes later he finally closed me out. I am more than inclined to come back to try the various styles of pizza at Parry's, in addition to their delicious craft beer.

    I really wanted to like this place, and generally love pizzeria's, and it's right by my house, but it just fell flat for me. It's really small inside and our family of 5 had a hard time finding a place to sit as their only large booth was taken. The waitress was distracted and not very helpful even though we told her it was our first time there. We had completely average food, and there wasn't a single interesting thing on the menu. Beer list was good of course, so if you just want a beer this is a place in town you could definitely swing into. I was just hoping for more of a friendly vibe with decent food like Mellow Mushroom. We will keep going there (MM) in Southglenn when looking for this type of place.

    We went to Parry's last night. It was fantastic. Our waitress was really nice and on top of everything we needed. The food was amazing. We had the I love meat pizza and it was fantastic. I love pizza and this is the best pizza I have ever had. We also had the zesty mild wings. They were super crisp and really good. Unfortunately I cannot go back every night since their food is not on my diet, but I would if I could. We will definitely be back again and again.

    What a disappointment! Had heard good things so I came on a Friday night. Atmosphere was good, but it went downhill from there. Server didn't really know the menu, first 3 attempts to order a beer were unsuccessful as they were all out. Manager came over to tell me they were out of almost 50% of the beers on the menu...the pizza was so so, no service for a refill on wife's soda, dropped the wrong check...yeah, last time we will be eating at parry's.

    I'm a vegetarian and I can't eat tomatoes. I was assured at the hostess stand that they could easily accomodate this. Our waitress was new and obviously had concentrated on learning the 50 beers, not the menu. We ordered our beers which arrived as ordered and a large salad when we ordered a small. We waited a good 15 minutes for clarification on the salad. Some 55 minutes later, the waitress appeared to ask that we wanted the veggie pizza with alfredo sauce rather than tomato sauce. She went on to explain that she was new and the kitchen always question the orders she turns in if they are not straight off the menu. After an hour, they are just now thinking about our order? The place was not even 1/2 occupied! Another waitress came out and questioned our choice, telling us they have a white pizza. The alfredo sauce was too thick and the pizza was soggy, but we were VERY hungry, having waited so long already. The real bummer came with the bill when we learned there was a substantial up charge for switching from tomato sauce, something we were not warned about and which the menu did not address. The waitress could not explain it and went off to check with her manager. They had a long discussion (maybe about the facade of the restaurant?), but no one reported back to us. After waiting 15 minutes, we started to walk out. Then the manager thanked us for coming, so we inquired of him. He seemed to think it was perfectly appropriate to add the charge and made it quite clear we could eat the bland white pizza or pay a lot extra to get something I could enjoy. Fine, I will not be back and I will warn all my friends with dietary restrictions. My restrictions do limit my choices and I am willing to be quite flexible, but I want to know up front what the costs will be. In this case, I might have had a salad and appetizer and added it to the restaurants that I will go to, but don't prefer. A restaurant unwilling to accomodate special requests and not upfront about charges is off my list.

    Let me start by saying the NY style pizza is awesome. That aside, The za took 50 minutes (no waiting line, not perceivable extraordinarily busy ). We had to ask for water twice. The "beer bomber" deal was misrepresented - "it's like three beers" when in fact what we chose was 22 ounces, in my book that is less than two. The large salad was mixed greens, nothing else but generic croutons and 4 sad and lonely slices of cucumber We were rewarded with a bug inn one salad and old, slimy leaves stuck to fresh green ones. Management seemed to be responsive, promising the salad would not be on the bill and suggesting they might offer more in terms of comps. Never did, the rancid, bug salad was on our bill. When we left, we flagged down the manager who apologized and gave some gift certificates for next time. For us, next time is take out!

    We walked by and the place has a great look and it had a 20 minute wait so I figured this must be great food and atmosphere. This town could sure use a place like that. They have a great selection of beers with 50 beers on tap. We then ordered wings which were very good. Throughout the meal the service was great...so why the 2 star rating you ask.... Now comes the ridiculous...For a place that touts itself as NY Pizza this was no better than a Domino's or Papa Johns. I am from NY and I would be embarrassed to bring a family member when they visit to try this pizza. When I see comments on here claiming this is good Pizza, I have to wonder what these people compare it to...frozen boxed pizza? I know my pizza very well and this was truly poor. Since moving to the area, I have scouted around looking for good NY Style pizza and unfortunately this didnt measure up. If you want really good pizza try Big Bills, Lil Ricci's, Marco's or my favorite Perella's down in Roxborough. I havent tried the other dishes here so I'm speaking to just the pizza so I hope its alot better. I'm really disappointed as I really wanted to like this place, especially being so close to home. I hope they put some effort into researching what makes a quality pizza and remedy the problem here. They have everything else down so its a shame.

    The ever changing draft beer list is what keeps us coming back, that and the spicy fried pickles. Oh, and did I mention the Pizza isn't too bad either? People have to remember in Highlands Ranch, we have been trained to expect chain style restaurants with minimal flavor and quality. We've needed Parry's for awhile!

    My wife and I dined here a few months back and were extremely disappointed. As others have noted the service is abhorrent. Long waits, indifferent staff, and mediocre food. Sorry, I don't select my pizza places based on an all female waitstaff under 18, especially when the service is bad. Suffice to say, my wife and I won't be returning. Too bad, because I'd much rather support a sole proprietor than some chain.

    My family loves this place. The wings are delicious and have become a must order for us every time we visit. Also, if you are fan of good beer this is a must visit place. They feature over 50 beers on tap and only one is domestic. Also note that several are specialty beers and are high ABV. These are served in smaller Belgian style glasses and are labeled on the menu. (Just a heads up) We have been there 4 times and each time the service has been fantastic, although I admit that we have mostly gone at slightly off busy times as we have kids and they eat a little earlier. Our server 3 times has been Shay and she was extremely knowledgeable. I like the atmosphere and understand that they may expend into a larger space and possible add outdoor patio seating in the future. Only 4 stars as the pizza was only good but not great in my opinion.

    We visited Parry's shortly after they opened, about 3 weeks, on a Thursday nite. The waitress was nice, but not knowledgable, about whether coffee was available (it's not according to the mgr on duty because people don't drink coffee with pizza). She was also not up on what was available from the bar, unless you want beer. We tried the food which was ok, not great, however, too expensive for what you get. We were really hoping HR was going to be getting a good hang out, we were disappointed. We haven't been back. Hopefully there has been some training for the staff to include learning the menu and training of the mgmt on how to be pleasant and not sarcastic with customers.

    I was really excited to go here ... First, highlands ranch is lacking in good food and beer selection, so the prospect of 50 taps peaked my interest, and hopefully the pizza would be decent. We arrived and there was a 15 minute wait for a table, no prob, must be good. Then a waitress informed us there were empty tables but they were stopping seating because they were understaffed, ok we'll give 'em a break tonight. We were seated after about 20 minutes, we quickly ordered beers, a salad, and 2 pizzas. In attempting to order, I asked if we could do one half veggie and one half summer 2010. The server told us we could but that would be a very expensive pizza ... Hmm, I thought this was weird, why not charge us for the more expensive one and keep the extra profit on the second? We were nonetheless disuaded, and we ordered the summer 2010. The beer I ordered was on a long list of drafts, and while I ordered the greenflash IPA expecting a pint, after 20 minutes I was given a half full small snifter of it. I asked about this and the server (who i later learned was the manager) told me any beers above 7.5 ABV comes in a snifter. Well ok i thought, but i got a half full snifter, which when full is still materially smaller than a pint. Then another 20 minutes go by and our server asks us what our pizza orders were, another 20 minutes later and we have pizza and salad. Honestly, i was trying to cut the staff some slack, but at no time did I feel anyone was trying to accommodate us or was apologetic to us about the inconvenience. Furthermore, I found the pizza was chincy on the toppings, we paid for a 4 topping pizza and less than half the pizza had spicy sausage on it ... This was on top of the snifter ripoff. After almost 2 hours from the time we walked in the door we got the check. Then the check was wrong, charging us for Le Freak when I ordered the IPA. 3 strikes at least ... The crime here is that I still want them to become a good place, but given the awful customer service experience, especially when the manger is our server, I think this place fits in fine with the vast mediocristan of Highlands Ranch food offerings and will probably survive in its current mangled form as a "restaurant", but sans my patronage.

    Tried this restaurant after a friend suggested. Family of 4 came to 50$ + my kids spaghetti was a cup of spaghetti for 5$. It was so small she was done before the rest of us started eating. I would rather go to Big Bills, they know a portion of spaghetti for a kid. Not a small tiny cup. The food was okay, but I was really disappointed in the $$$$ for a kids meal. Overpriced when so many other places around, will not go back.

    Customer service needs a lot of work. Not enough employees working at the bar to accommodate customers and take out orders. Waited 10 minutes just be acknowledged and then another 10 for my to go order pizza. It had been ready for a while though because it was cold. No apology for the wait. Luckily a stranger sitting at the bar asked the waitress if she had my to go order or I may still be waiting there. I'd think twice about going back. There are too many other places for to go pizza that don't come with customer service hassles.
